HOW DOES HOME-TESTING WORK?
When you schedule a home-appointment, the following process will be taken:
1. A Covid Solutions United Representative will reach out to you through email with a confirmation and request additional information about who will receive the test
2. Our representative will come to the given address at the agreed-upon time
3. Results will be emailed by the end of the business day for the RAPID test
4. PCR results will be emailed within 24-48 hours.
Payment: After booking, an invoice will be sent from COVID SOLUTIONS UNITED.
Note: Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to appointment in order to receive a refund.
WHAT KINDS OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our testing is 100% free. There is no out of pocket fee for patients unless you are scheduling a home service.
HOW DO I PAY MY BILL?
An invoice from COVID SOLUTIONS UNITED for any at-home services will be sent to the provided email address. Any walk-ins or clinic based appointments are completely free of charge.
